We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC) Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role requires in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, a strong understanding of business processes, and the ability to deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in gathering and analyzing client requirements, designing functional solutions, and working closely with technical teams to implement D365 BC solutions.

Role & Responsibilities

* Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Work with clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and goals. Collect and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
* Solution Design: Design and configure D365 Business Central solutions that meet business needs. Provide guidance on best practices and solutions in finance, supply chain, manufacturing, sales, and service management modules.
* System Configuration & Implementation: Lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of D365 BC solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements. Customize D365 BC to fit the unique needs of clients.
* End-User Training & Support: Develop training materials and deliver end-user training sessions. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for clients to ensure smooth system adoption.
* Project Management & Leadership: Lead and guide project teams, working alongside technical consultants, developers, and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of projects. Manage timelines, resources, and budgets for D365 BC projects.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring that expectations are met. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest D365 BC features and updates. Continuously assess and improve existing implementations, recommending enhancements where necessary.

Skills & Qualifications

* Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
* Extensive experience in Business Central modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, and Service Management.
* Proven experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and system configuration.
* In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 BC functionality and modules.
* Ability to configure and customize D365 BC solutions based on client needs.
* Strong understanding of integration methods (e.g., API, web services) between D365 BC and third-party systems.
* Familiarity with D365 BC reporting and BI capabilities.
