The Sales Support Coordinator provides direct support in the ongoing development of existing and prospective customers to ensure the branch can meet its growth targets

Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Assists sales engineers through each step of the sales process, helping resolve any concerns or
questions while efficiently processing, tracking, and shipping orders.
 Identifies and creates lists of potential clients while maintaining sales databases.
 Compiles daily lists of leads and delegates them to sales team associates.
 Maintains an accessible and organized filing system for sales and administrative professionals.
 Handles administrative duties for the sales department or team, including scheduling client
conferences and meetings.
 Prepares quotations according to bid specifications, with accurate configurations.
 Helps customers select products based on the customers' needs, product specifications, and
interests.
 Coordinates order flow with production and secures best ship method to meet customer due
dates.
 Aids management team members and executives as needed.
 Performs data entry duties regarding metrics, sales figures, and other key data.
 Creates and processes sales in a timely manner.
 Expedites rush order requests and alters sales orders and shipping information as required.

Qualifications:

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND COMPETENCIES:
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
 Ability to use critical and creative thinking to identify and resolve issues with products and
orders.
 Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR LICENSES:
 High School Diploma or equivalent
 1-3 years of Sales experience
